The Thundertank has done us proud so far and the four litre v8 seems to have taken the mountain passes in its stride.
Unfortunately we are going to have to sell her in Rimini as we have flights booked so if anyone wants to drive her home then please let us know.....
She is a Lexus LS400 with all the extras, it has been a very comfy ride so far ( touch wood!)

Back in Calais :(
Well me and my dad have made it back to Calais, we actually made really good time to be honest, if anyone ever tells you France is flat, tell them to drive across it in a 1.5 tonne 50 bhp car! Good luck everybody for your last day

Another five monster mountain passes conquered today including the mighty Stelvio where it was snowing at the top!

Team MLG broken down again
Stuck in some random town. Garages open tomorrow. Might make it to Rimini

Car seems to be running a bit better and we think the coolant leak that was peeing out over the p.a.s belt, causing some surprise steering lock ups, has now been cured......thanks to radweld from thr Jurassic Park boys and two raw eggs in the headet tank.

Break down
We broke down 9 mins outside cortina
A man and lady stopped in a green Volvo & stayed with us the whole time
Then 3 guys stopped in another Volvo with BB something on the back!
They had every tool imaginable & saved the day and we are now here in cortina
I'm ashamed to say I didn't get any of their names & I'm so sorry about that! But when I see them we are going to buy those guys some beers
